Shipping Policy
We ship only in India and for domestic (India) buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post. The orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post, subject to the norms of the courier company or postal authorities. We make every effort to ship the orders within 15 working days or as per the delivery date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation. However, we are not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company or postal authorities. We guarantee to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 3 working days from the date of the order and payment, or as per the delivery date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.
Delivery of all orders will be made to the registered address of the buyer, as per the credit/debit card, unless specified otherwise at the time of order. We are pleased to offer FREE shipping on orders of Rs 15000 or more.
Refund Policy
Customer can cancel the order within 24 hour after receiving the delivery.

However, please note that once a product has been sold or delivered, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for opened or used products unless there is manufacturing defects. We are not responsible for any damages that occur after delivery. If you encounter any problems or quality issues with your product, we will be happy to exchange it for you. Please note that damages resulting from neglect, improper usage, or wrong application of the product will not be covered under our policy. Shipping charges are nonrefundable and will not be included in the refund value of your order. Once your return or refund request has been accepted, the process will be completed within 7- 21 business days.All products once purchased are non-refundable. In general, an item can only be returned within 6 days from the date of product delivery if it fulfils any of the following conditions: it is in a physically damaged condition, missing parts or accessories.
